Accessibility

We want DataCraft Kaunas to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. If you have any requirements not covered here, email us at hello@griaustinis.lt and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Venue

• We confirm accessibility details for each venue before publishing them on the event page. Check the event page for specifics including step-free access, lift availability, and toilet facilities.
• If a venue has accessibility limitations we cannot work around, we will say so clearly on the event page.

During the event

• Seating — chairs are available throughout. You do not need to stand at any point.
• Quiet space — we designate a low-noise area away from the main room where you can step out and recharge.
• Camera-free seating — seats outside the recording camera's frame are available if you prefer not to appear in recordings. Organisers will point these out at the start of the event.
• Dietary needs — food and drink are provided at most events. Let us know your dietary requirements when registering and we will do our best to cater for them.

Recordings and captions

Talk recordings are published on YouTube, which provides auto-generated captions. We review and correct captions where possible. If you need captions for a specific talk and they are missing or inaccurate, contact us at hello@griaustinis.lt.

Slides and materials

We encourage speakers to share their slides after the event. If you need a speaker's slides in an accessible format, get in touch and we will connect you with them.
